The investigation is carried out through the numerous rules that outline the duties of adults to guarantee the interest of the child, concluding, however, on the scarce usefulness of the definition of an autonomous right to love.

Lo scritto si propone di indagare i profili strutturali del presunto diritto all’amore del minore, affermato di recente da numerosa dottrina, ricercandone i contenuti e tentando di individuare la correlata figura debitoria. L’indagine si svolge attraverso le numerose norme che delineano doveri degli adulti a garanzia dell’interesse del minore concludendosi, tuttavia, sulla scarsa utilità della definizione di un autonomo diritto all’amore.
