A crisis always hides a great opportunity. A double debate on the book Europe's call to arms by the professor of comparative public law Ciro Sbailò at the Parliament and at the University. On the one hand a European, and therefore democratic, way of thinking and acting to protect the rights of the human person, on the other the Chinese authoritarian model, the Russian pan-Slavist model and the Islamic alternative. These are regimes that do not allow alternatives or any comparison. Europe, instead, was born from comparison.
