Is it possible to combact a war without calling it war? Perhaps sending the arms to Ucraina is a way of participating to a war between two states that aren’t members of European Union? And which is the difference between a war to defence our State and a war to defence our way of life, our way of thinking? Since the end of the Second world war, Europe has had seventy years of peace. Near Europe there were conflicts in the Balkans in the nineties, in the MENA area, and now, in Ukraine. Once again, in Europe, today we talk about war every day.
