Through a participative workshop we’d like to debate a case study of action - research (AR) focused on pedagogy ofcommunity/community care aimed to produce co-decisions processes for evaluation/planning of social and environmental policies.The workshop will show how the participated process in the local community was driven. Starting from our AR experience, wewould like to focus the workshop on dialogue and participation addressed to environmental issues for enabling bothcollaborative/cooperative learning processes, empowerment and skills promoting ideas and solutions to achieve a shared vision on thetopic (supported by a 2.0 tool).During the Second Session of the workshop, thought like an open space, it’ll be possible both discussing and building with thecommunity of participants some common criteria (enabling several narratives and participant knowledge) useful for produce a sharedprocess of negotiation of knowledge on environmental education issues. Moreover the workshop will involve participants in a openspace for debating, performing and sharing their representations, experience, best practices related to the topic.Objectives of the workshop related to the AR project are to explore and experience educational strategies for fostering sustainability insociety.Participants are invited in weaving a shared knowledge and vision on environmental themes:- Building a shared “cognitive map” on environmental themes starting from the discussion on some metaphors of the social-contractprinted in several gadgets of recycled materials (to be distributed to the participants when the workshop starts).- Through a social tagging process, promoting contributions of participants which can express their different representations,perspectives, experiences, narratives through several tools and languages.
